This agent type is particularly valuable at the Portfolio Decision Forum, where the Adaptive Investor needs to make Continue/Pivot/Stop decisions across multiple intents simultaneously. A recommend agent might surface: "Intent A is showing strong signal — recommend Continue with increased capacity.
Intent C has stalled for two loops — recommend Pivot to alternative approach X, or Stop and reallocate to Intent A." The human decision-maker can accept, modify, or reject these recommendations, but the cognitive load of generating and comparing options is reduced.
