The Learning Mesh — evidence in, patterns out.
Each decision is informed by everything the system has seen so far. The Mesh turns local Loop evidence into shared organisational intelligence.
The Learning Mesh stores Play signals (drop-off, completion, fraud-stable…), cohort + test boundaries, abort triggers, and cross-Play context — which Intent, which Cell, which Loop.
Without the Mesh, every Loop learns alone. With it, every next decision starts with everything the system has already seen.
It runs storage + AI patterns continuously — cross-Intent correlation, anomaly detection, and a reusable Play library for Cells designing the next experiment.
Outputs feed Forum dashboards (the Adaptive Investor sees ranked Play evidence + similar prior Plays), Direction Review reports (the Reflective Council sees which OKRs compound, which drift), Play-design references, and drift alerts to the Integrity Steward.
Key principles
- Without a mesh, every loop relearns what others know.
- Connects documents, data, decisions across teams.
- Accessible to humans and AI agents alike.
- The difference between a learning org and a meeting culture.
