The discipline of treating the system itself as a product — refining roles, rituals, agents, and measures based on what each loop teaches.
Symbiosis is not deployed once. It is iterated, just like everything it produces.
Continuous improvement applies to the framework itself: Are the decision rituals producing good decisions? Are the agent guardrails calibrated correctly? Are the measures actually driving the right behaviour? Are the roles clear and well-understood? After each loop, the system should ask not just "what did we learn about the intent?" but also "what did we learn about how we work?" This meta-learning is what separates organisations that adopt Symbiosis from organisations that truly run it.
Key principles
- Symbiosis is iterated, just like everything it produces.
- Are the rituals producing good decisions?
- Are the agents getting better, faster, safer?
- The framework is itself a product.
